As CEO of Forward Media, Peter is focused on leading the agency’s growth, product strategy, and overall strategic direction to build a world-class results-based business performance media agency.

Peter leverages his experience to drive innovation and a culture that is laser focused on achieving measurable results for our clients. His vision is to build an environment where the people, processes, and products work in full alignment toward achieving success for our employees and partner clients. His goal is to build a team that cultivates a client-first organization and where innovation and technology combine with a drive to succeed.

Prior to founding Forward Media with his partners, Peter enjoyed a 25-plus-year career in the advertising, media, and creative industry, both running agencies and at the holding company level.

Edmond Huot

Partner, EVP Creative

Edmond leads creative and production for Forward Media. He is actively involved in managing and directing our design, creative, and production studios across all digital and traditional media platforms, from identity and user experience to complex ecommerce sites, social, and content development. He is responsible for the development of comprehensive creative plans and the full production of a full suite of creative assets that drive ROI for our digital media clients. Edmond is challenged to push convention and Forward Media’s creativity to find the most innovative ways to drive consumer behavior in today’s digital world.

Edmond and his team are responsible for developing groundbreaking multichannel work for a line-up of brands across our airline, insurance, professional services, and financial services practices. The team’s output is designed to invigorate the ROI of digital media campaigns by blending of branding, user experience, social, websites, microsites, apps, and any big ideas he and his team dream up.

Edmond has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the advertising and digital media space across North America.

Chris Clarke

Partner, President

Chris is the president of our performance media buying group. He manages an integrated group of digital media professionals who are laser focused on delivering measurable business results for our clients. Chris manages finance and business operations, the media buying group, campaign management, client services, data partnerships, and strategic relationships with key media vendors across search, social, programmatic, and video. Additionally, Chris is responsible for our premium media relationships, emerging platforms, and the technology stack. He drives our sales goals and strategic account plans for our clients across our performance media practice areas of personal finance, insurance, airlines, professional services, government, and education.

Chris has more than twenty years in the advertising industry in both operational and corporate development roles across all areas, including finance, creative, production, and digital media.

Anthony Kowalczyk

Partner, Vice President Digital Ad Operations and Technology

Anthony leads digital advertising operations and technology for Forward Media across all our key strategic clients and digital media practices. In this role, he drives the selection and management of our technology stack for all digital media channels, including search, social, and programmatic, all within the framework of business performance outcomes. He is charged with process improvements and innovation, all designed to drive ROI-positive campaigns for our clients. He has a deep knowledge of all digital media ad serving platforms, DMP, DSP, and AdX and manages our data partnerships. This key role includes campaign and financial management of our clients’ digital media dollars. Additionally, Anthony leads our marketplace practice, where we connect consumers with the brands they want, when and where they want, at the price they want.

Anthony has more than 12 years of experience in the digital and traditional advertising space in both Canada and the US.

Jason Hachkowski

Vice President of Media, Strategy & Analytics

Jason is responsible for Forward Media’s digital media group’s planning, buying, and measurement practice. He works across all clients and practice areas to ensure we build awareness and, most importantly, acquire customers in an efficient manner for our clients. His role serves as a key link between understanding the commercial outcomes our clients desire and the execution of campaigns by our digital media group’s buying professionals in search, social, programmatic, and video.

Jason leads overall performance planning and execution, maintenance of digital media buying, and the evaluation of ROI campaign performance. He works collaboratively with our advertising operations and technology teams to ensure that our media approaches align with our clients’ overarching KPIs.

Jason has demonstrated career experience in performance digital media, including a senior role at Priceline, where he led demand creation on a portfolio of their brands.

Karla Burr

Partner, Vice President, Finance & Operations

Karla is a partner and vice president of finance and business operations for Forward Media. In this role, she provides senior-level operational and financial leadership for the business. In addition, she leads facilities, IT, and human resources, promoting a culture where the value of learning and continuous improvement are paramount. She establishes Forward Media’s operational and financial goals, assigns accountability goals to the team, and monitors the company’s performance Karla manages financial reporting to ownership partners and our external accountants. She is instrumental in the development of key operational, training, mentorship, and fiscal goals within the framework of policies, procedures, controls, and standards. In conjunction with the senior leadership team, she manages the operational budget, including cash management, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, human resources, and overall agency administration.

Karla has a proven track record in senior management within the design, creative, and media industry. She is a professional graphic designer by training and was a founding partner of the design and creative firm SpaceCadet/Velocity.
